By subscribing to my paid newsletter, you agree to these terms. Your membership is personal and non-transferable.

Payment

  • Subscription fees are charged on a recurring basis
  • Current rates: letter.justgoidea.com/upgrade
  • Payments are processed securely through Quaily
  • All prices include applicable taxes

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. There are no refunds for partial subscription periods.

Content

All newsletter content is copyrighted. You're welcome to share individual issues with friends who might be interested, but please don't republish or commercially redistribute the content. I reserve the right to modify or discontinue content at any time.

Privacy Policy

What I Collect

  • Your name and email address (for newsletter delivery)
  • Payment information (processed securely by Quaily for subscriptions)
  • If you choose to support my work through Stripe donations, Stripe collects your name, email, payment details, and transaction information on my behalf

  • Processing subscription payments
  • Sending essential service updates about your subscription
  • Improving the newsletter based on feedback

Data Protection

  • Your data is stored securely by Quaily in Japan and the EU (for subscriptions) and by Stripe (for donations)

  • I do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes
  • Data is handled in compliance with GDPR and Japan's APPI
