Somewhere among the stars is a world similar to ours, inhabited by beings from internet meme culture. This place is referred to as “Memes' Planet,” and it is deemed one of the most vital locations of the universe. Orbiting nearby is a lone figure who came from a neighboring galaxy to admire this peculiar planet from the void of space. His name is Weegee, and he is among the most powerful beings in the universe.
Weegee: Hovers in space, gazing silently at the planet with a cold, expressionless face

Weegee: (I had set my sights on this planet ages ago)
Weegee: (It's still shining as brightly as ever)
As Weegee observed the planet from outer space, he teleported himself high over the Mushroom Kingdom, thinking about how he could take this land for himself while continuing his inner monologue. In the meantime, Fat Mario and Gay Luigi were heading toward Sissy Princess Peach's castle, completely unaware of Weegee's presence at that moment.

Then, he uses his teleportation ability to vanish, only to reappear above Koridai. While there, he devises his plans to conquer new territories and seize strategic areas.

Weegee instantly reappears over Tolemac, where a lone wizard named Gaspra resides. As Weegee devised new plans to turn everyone into clones of himself with his virus, Gaspra was sitting down in his library doing things like watching meme videos and playing mini-games with his magic crystal. None of his magical abilities could pick up any signs of Weegee’s aura nearby while he gazed at his tower's surroundings.

Finally, Weegee teleports directly above Hyrule's castle to finalize his plans for the invasion, having kept his aura hidden all this time so no one could detect him. The castle is patrolled by Hylian royal guards, but none are strong enough to sense Weegee's presence. Meanwhile, King Harkinian, CD-I Link, and CD-I Zelda are just busy with their own lives (getting bored, thinking too much about dinner, the usual stuff) to care about the impending danger that is Weegee himself as he sets his sights on the castle while staying suspended in midair with his levitating powers.

Once he finishes his exploration, Weegee teleports to a nearby moon orbiting the Memes' Planet to hide and formulate his next moves. Meanwhile, three rivals with comparable power are heading toward a nearby star system after hearing rumors of his conquest plans. Their role is to maintain harmony across the universe, ensuring that no threats endanger other galactic societies. These figures are Waweegee, Walleo, and Bushee (the meme versions of Waluigi, Wario, and Boshi, respectively). The fate of the Memes' Planet lies in their hands.
