Obsidian's AnuPpuccin theme is popular due to its aesthetics and numerous settings. I started using it as my main theme early on. Recently, I came across a new theme, FastPpuccin, which claims to be based on AnuPpuccin but renders quickly. The author states its CSS size is approximately twenty percent of AnuPpuccin's. Those who like AnuPpuccin but prefer fewer settings might want to give FastPpuccin a try.
If you want rainbow folders similar to those in AnuPpuccin, you can download fastppuccin-rainbow-folders.css. Save the file into your .obsidian/snippets folder, then reload the snippets folder under Settings → Appearance.
